Mini Bacon Cheddar Pull Apart Loaves

If you're looking for something to bake other than regular dinner rolls or bread, this one is for you. These mini pull-apart loaves are delicious, and the recipe uses pre-made refrigerated dough, so they are quick and simple. And they're packed with one of the best flavor combinations out there—bacon and cheddar cheese! You can make these for Christmas or Thanksgiving, but they're so good you'll want to make them all year long.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 4 cavity mini loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. Cook bacon to desired doneness and roughly chop. Set aside.
  3. Roll out each biscuit to about 4 inch oval and cut in half, for a total of 32 slices. Divide slices into sets of eight. Place a slice of cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles (about 1 teaspoon) between each slice and place loaves in pan.
  4. In small bowl, combine butter, garlic and parsley. Brush over loaves, using all of the mixture.
  5. Bake 32-34 minutes, or until top is deep brown and center feels set. Cool in pan on cooling grid 5 minutes, then remove from pan. Serve warm.
