They look tough-as-nails on the outside, but they're softies underneath. Complete the quick decorating with Color Mist Food Color Spray and Candy Melts Candy.

Spray marshmallows.

Insert toothpick into bottom of marshmallow to hold while spraying. For each treat, lightly spray marshmallows with blue, orange and green Color Mist food color spray. Place on parchment-covered cake board, remove toothpick and spray bottom. Let dry 10 to 15 minutes.
Assemble marshmallows.

Melt black Candy Melts candy in disposable decorating bag according to package directions. Cut small point off bag.

Insert lollipop stick into bottom of blue marshmallow, leaving 4 in. of stick exposed. Cover top and slightly over side with melted candy hair. Slide orange marshmallow down. Pipe a small dot of melted candy on orange marshmallow. Position green marshmallow. Cover top with melted candy hair, allowing candy to drip over sides. Insert treats in craft foam block. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Decorate marshmallows.

Pipe outline eyebrows and mouth, dot eyes and teeth with melted black candy. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
