- Sprinkle the rolling surface with sugar. Roll out sugared gum drops to 1/4 in. (0.6 cm) thick.
- Use a knife or scissors to cut the candy into small pieces.
- Outline the window with royal icing and tip 3. Fill in the area with icing. Smooth lightly with a spatula.
- Immediately position candy pieces into the icing.

Notes

A variation can be made by cutting the rolled gum drops into strips of different colors. Line up and roll so they stick together. Cut out the shape of your window and attach to the house.
