Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in white cupcake liners.
Tint icing. Tint icing lime green using color combinations provided. Combine Moss Green and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get lime green color shown.
Decorate cupcakes. Prepare decorating bag with tip 1C and lime green icing. Pipe rosette on each cupcake.
