In advance: Make 25-30 tip 366 lilies with tip 14 star centers. Let dry overnight.
Bake and cool 2-layer cake. Ice smooth in buttercream. Roll out fondant 1/8 in. thick. Cut 1/4 in. wide strips in various lengths from 2 to 3 1/2 in. Position strips around cake, 1/2 in. apart. Pipe tip 6 dots on each strip. Position lilies on cake top, from outer edge toward center. Pipe tip 6 ball border.
