Get ready to mix, whip, and bake your way through a fun-filled, hands-on camp where each treat comes with a sprinkle of discovery! Each day you'll whip up delicious goodies and uncover the cool “why” behind what makes baking work. From puffy cream puffs to gooey brownies, you'll learn the secrets that turn simple ingredients into something spectacular! Make sure to select the session appropriate for the grade your child will be entering in fall of 2026. (Please note: this camp ran under the name "Whisk and Wonder" in summer 2025.)

Class Description

What They’ll Bake:

  • Mixing Fat & Water – Ever wonder how oil and water can play nice? You’ll find out as you stir up smooth, swirly marble brownies!
  • The Rise & Shine of Baking – Watch dough puff up like magic and learn what makes it happen as you whip up airy cream puffs and construct a cream puff tower!
  • Bread Basics – Knead, stretch, and shape your own bread while exploring what gives it its chewy texture and cozy smell.
  • Golden Goodies – What makes cookies turn that perfect golden brown? You’ll find out as you bake sweet, toasty s’mores cookies and arrange them in an edible camp fire!
  • Bake-a-Cake Day! – Time to put your baking know-how to the test! You’ll bake a cake from scratch using all the tasty tricks you’ve learned.

Campers will bring home their edible creations each day and get to keep their very own Sweet Studio apron!
