Make cake one day in advance. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cake. Cake is two-layers, 4 in. high. Place on a foil wrapped cake circle.
Ice cake. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint peach. Use spatula and icing to Use spatula to ice cake smooth.
Decorate cake. Use tip 352 and icing to pipe leaves around the top outer edge of cake. Continue piping leaves, overlapping leaves in a spiral direction to cover the top of cake completely.

Use tip 3 and icing to pipe dots 1 1/4 in. apart on side of cake. Immediately position pink Sugar Pearls.
