How to Make a Sprinkle Gingerbread House Roof

Add that freshly snowed sparkle to your gingerbread house with a frosted roof.

- Ice the roof of the gingerbread house, one panel at a time.
- Immediately after icing, sprinkle White Sparkling Sugar all over the iced surface until the entire panel is covered.
- If needed, very lightly press the sugar onto the icing to make sure that it sticks to the surface.

Notes

Work one panel at a time. Once icing begins to set, it becomes less tacky making it difficult for sugars to adhere.
Experiment with other colors of sparkling sugar for a unique look.
This technique will also work for covering the roof surface with sprinkles.
