Use either tip 2 or 8 to make dots, or tip 18 to pipe a star.
Hold the bag vertically over the center of the flower.
Squeeze until a dot or star builds.
Stop squeezing before pulling tip away.
For a different look, you can also create a cluster of dots and stars for the flower center.
