- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In small bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Place butter in 9 in. round pan and place in oven 4-5 minutes or until butter is melted.
- In large bowl, whisk together milk, sour cream and eggs. Add cornmeal mixture and whisk until just combined. Carefully pour batter into hot pan.
- Bake 24-28 minutes or until deeply golden at edges and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling grid 5 minutes, then remove from pan. Serve warm.
