Holly Leaf

Holly leaves build on the basic leaf technique. Use a decorator brush to pull out the tiny points that give them their festive shape.

  1. With tip 70, Hold bag at a 45? angle with back of bag pointing to 6;00. Follow basic leaf method to pipe desired size leaf.
  2. While icing is wet, pull out tiny points around edge with a toothpick near center vein.
  3. If using royal icing, let leaves dry on flower formers for a curved look.
