  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon clear vanilla extract
  • 1 package (12 ounces) Dark Cocoa Candy Melts® Candy
