1. - Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in white cupcake liners.
2. - Tint icing. Using Royal Blue icing color, tint 2 cups icing royal blue. Using Kelly Green icing color, tint 1 cup icing kelly green. Using Leaf Green icing color, tint 1 cup icing leaf green. Tint 1 cup icing each dark blue, dark teal and light green using color combinations provided. Combine Royal Blue and touch of Black icing colors to get dark blue color shown. Combine Teal and Royal Blue icing colors to get dark teal color shown. Combine Teal and Kelly Green icing colors to get light green color shown.
3. - Prepare decorating bags. Prepare decorating bag with tip 2F; fill with royal blue icing. Prepare remaining decorating bags, separately, with remaining tips. Fill each bag separately with desired icing color.
4. - Decorate cupcakes. Using tip 2F, pipe one large rosette on each cupcake. Fill remaining top of cupcake with ruffles (tip 67), stars (tips 199 and 16), leaves (tip 352) and dots (tip 6).
