Halloween Raspberry Chocolate Caramel Cookie Bars

1. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9”x13” oblong pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. - In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together. In a separate bowl, mix the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Mix in the chocolate chips.
3. - Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and the center is just set.
4. - Remove from the oven. Spread raspberry jam over the top, then sprinkle a layer of chopped raspberries and 1 cup of the chopped Twix candies over the top.
5. - Bake in the preheated oven for an additional 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
6. - Remove from the oven to a wire cooling grid and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup chopped Twix and Halloween sprinkles. Cool in pan completely before slicing into 15 bars.
