Halloween Monster Chomper Donuts

These candy-coated donuts with candy corn teeth monster donuts are a fun spooky treat you’ll be ready to chow down on this Halloween. Bake them in our non-stick donut pan and personalize each monster donut. Use candy eyeballs, candy corn, and more to make your own little monster. Let the kids create their own, or have a monster donut decorating party!

  1. Make candy clay in advance. Using Lavender Candy Melts Candy, prepare candy clay following recipe directions.
  2. Shape candy clay horns. Make cone-shaped horns, 1 in. x 3/8 in. diameter. Shape into curves. Set aside.
  3. Bake doughnuts. Make donuts following baked donuts recipe. Bake and cool donuts following recipe directions. Set aside.
  4. Melt Candy. Melt green and lavender Candy Melts separately according to package directions.
  5. Cover Donuts with Candy Melts. Use melted candy in cut decorating bag to cover top of donuts. Let melted candy drip down sides. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Decorate lavender monster. For lavender monsters, melt Orange Candy Melts Candy according to directions. Place in cut decorating bag to pipe dots. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Decorate with Candy. Cut yellow section off tips of candy corn to use as teeth. Use melted green or lavender candy in cut decorating bag to attach candy corn teeth and candy eyeballs to donuts.
  8. Attach horns. Use horns from step 1 and attach to the green monster donut. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
