In just one week, they’ll discover how to craft desserts that surprise the eye, from popsicles that are actually cake to edible sandcastles. What They’ll Learn:
• Professional cake decorating techniques
• Using frosting, fondant, and piping to create intricate designs
• Shaping and stacking cake layers
• Fun tricks to make desserts look realistic
• How to use color, texture, and patterns to make their creations stand out
