1. - Bake cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cupcakes in white cupcake liners.
2. - Ice cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe instructions. Using spatula, ice cupcakes smooth using white icing.
3. -

   Decorate cupcakes. Prepare decorating bag with tip 21. Stripe decorating bag using blue, green, orange, red and yellow icings.

   Pipe rainbow arch on each cupcake. Sprinkle gold sugars on both ends of rainbow.
