Donuts instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray the donut pan with vegetable pan spray.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, ginger, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and allspice.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil and molasses.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat until just combined.
Fill each donut cup approximately 2/3 full of batter.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the tops of the donuts spring back when touched. Let the donuts cool in the pan for 4-5 minutes before removing.
Glaze instructions:
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, milk and vanilla.
Drizzle glaze over the donuts and immediately sprinkle with sprinkles, if using. These gingerbread donuts are best served fresh.
