Make cookies. Prepare cookie dough and roll out following recipe directions. Cut using glasses cutter from set. Bake and cool.
Decorate cookies. Prepare royal icing following recipe directions. Tint portions black and blue; reserve a small amount of white. Use tip 2 and full-strength black icing to outline frames on cookie. Use a cut parchment bag and thinned black icing to fill in. Use tip 2 and full-strength blue icing to outline lenses. Use a cut parchment bag and thinned blue icing to fill in. Immediately use a cut parchment bag and thinned white icing to pipe in highlights on lenses. Let set.
