- Bake cookie. Prepare cookie dough following recipe instructions. Bake and cool giant cookie.
- Tint icing. Using Teal icing color, tint 1-1/2 cups white icing teal. Reserve remaining icing white.
Decorate cookie. Prepare decorating bag with tip 1M and teal icing. Pipe star boarder around cookie, twisting tip back and forth as you lift each star to create ruffles.
Sprinkle border with desired sprinkles.
Prepare decorating bag with tip 4 and white icing. Pipe message on cake.
