For bread, stir together warm milk, yeast, and sugar in large bowl. Let stand 5-10 minutes or until foamy. Add butter, egg and salt. Mix with electric mixer using dough hook on medium speed until combined. Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time, and mix on medium speed until a smooth, elastic dough forms, about 5 minutes.
Spray large bowl with vegetable pan spray. Form dough into a ball, place into bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let stand in a warm place for 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size.
For filling, stir together 6 tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup parsley, 2 tablespoons garlic, flour and salt in medium bowl until well-combined.
Prepare 9 in. x 5 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
On lightly floured surface, roll dough out to a 20 in. x 12 in. rectangle. Spread butter mixture evenly over dough surface. Roll up from long end as for cinnamon rolls, pinching seam and ends to seal. Cut log in half lengthwise. Twist pieces together and place in prepared pan in an “S” shape, tucking ends under. Loosely cover pan and let rise in a warm area 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover bread and bake 35-38 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to cooling grid.
To prepare topping, combine remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon garlic in small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high in 15 second intervals until butter is melted. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon parsley. Brush over bread and serve warm.
