  1. In advance, cut 1 octopus, 5 fish and 2 dolphin cookies using cutters from set. Bake and cool. Follow package directions to outline and pipe in cookies with Ice-A-Cookie; let dry overnight. Attach lollipop sticks to all but 1 dolphin with Ice-A-Cookie, place stick side down on waxed paper; pipe facial features with Ice-A-Cookie and let dry overnight.
  2. Ice 1-layer round cakes fluffy with spatula. Cut cookies on sticks to various heights and insert into cake. Attach dolphin cookie without stick to side of cake. Cut various lengths of curling ribbon; attach to cake and tie on to sticks.
