1. - Bake cookies. Prepare cookie dough following recipe instructions. Using “C” cut-out, cut cookies. Bake and cool.
2. - Tint fondant. Tint 6 oz. fondant medium yellow using color combination provided. Combine Lemon Yellow and Golden Yellow icing colors to get medium yellow color shown. Using Black icing color, tint ½ oz. fondant black. Using Christmas Red icing color, tint ½ oz. fondant red. Using Royal Blue icing color, tint ½ oz. fondant blue. Using Rose icing color, tint ¼ oz. fondant pink. Reserve remaining fondant white.
3. - Cut yellow circles. Using fondant roller with purple guide rings, roll out medium yellow fondant. Using “C” cut-out, cut six circles. Using damp brush, attach one circle to each cookie.

   Make faces. Heart Eyes Emoji: Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out red fondant. Using “F” heart cut-out, cut two hearts. Attach to one cookie as eyes using damp brush. Using straight side of round “F” cut-out, make indent on cookie for mouth.

   Sunglasses Emoji: Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out black fondant. Using “F” round cut-out, cut one circle. Cut circle in half. Using damp brush, attach to face to make sunglasses. Using straight side of round “F” cut-out, make indent on cookie for mouth.

   Tongue Emoji: Using black fondant, roll two balls, 3/16 in. in size. Use handle of decorating brush to indent center of each ball. Attach to face using damp brush. Using straight side of round “C” cut-out, make indent on cookie for mouth. Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out pink fondant. Using “F” heart cut-out, cut one heart. Using knife, cut top arch of heart to form tongue. Using pairing knife to form indent. Attach to mouth using damp brush.

   Tear Drop Emoji: Using straight side of round “F” cut-out, make indent on cookie for mouth. Roll two ¼ in. balls of black fondant. Roll into logs for eyes. Attach in arch shape to cookie using damp brush. Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out blue fondant. Using leaf cut-out, cut two leaves. Use pairing knife to form leaf into tear shape. Attach to cookie right under eyes using damp brush.

   Smiling Emoji: Roll two ¼ in. balls of black fondant. Roll into logs for eyes. Attach in arch shape to cookie using damp brush. Using fondant roller with pink guide rings, roll out white fondant. Using knife, cut out oval shape. Use knife to indent teeth.
