Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 1- 1/4 cups (2-1/2 sticks) butter, melted

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9 in. x 13 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  3. In large bowl, whisk together sugar and melted butter until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Fold in flour mixture until well-combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread into an even layer.
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely in pan on cooling grid before cutting.
