  1. Make cake pops. Prepare cake pops following recipe instructions, rolling mixture into medium-sized balls.

Flatten one side of each ball (this will be the front of the pop). Chill until set, about 1 hour.

  2. Coat cake pops in candy.

FOR ALL – when inserting stick, flat side of cake pop should be facing you.

Melt candy, separately, according to package instructions:

    • Green candy
    • Yellow candy
    • Orange candy
    • Dark Yellow candy (combine equal amounts Orange and Yellow candy wafers)
    • Light Cocoa candy
    • Dark Pink candy (combine Bright Pink wafers with small amount Purple candy color)
    • Bright White candy
Beginning with green candy, insert tip of stick into melted green candy, then into cake ball. Chill until set, about 10 minutes. Dip cake pop into melted green candy, tapping lightly on edge to remove excess.

Repeat process for a total of 6 green, 2 yellow, 2 orange, 2 dark yellow, 2 light cocoa and 2 dark pink cake pops. Chill until set, about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Reserve all remaining candy.

  3. Decorate cake pops.

Melt candy, separately, in the following amounts, according to package instructions (if applicable, use remaining melted candy from above):

    • 8 oz. Bright White candy
    • 2 oz. Green candy
    • 2 oz. Bright Pink candy
    • 6 oz. light green candy (3 oz. melted Green candy + 3 oz. melted Bright White candy)
    • 2 oz. light yellow candy (1 oz. melted Yellow candy + 1 oz. melted Bright White candy)
    • 2 oz. light orange candy (1 oz. melted Orange candy + 1 oz. melted Bright White candy)
    • 2 oz. light pink candy (1 oz. melted Orange candy + 1 oz. melted Bright Pink candy)
    • 3 oz. dark coral candy (2 oz. melted Orange candy + 1 oz. melted Bright Pink candy)

Place all melted candy, separately, into decorating bags. Cut ¼ in. off end of each bag. Keep candy warm on warming tray. Reserve all candy until pops are complete.

When chilling decorated pops, lay flat so candy doesn’t drip.
