

Football Candy Melts Fudge

Ingredients
1 Green Candy Melts Candy
1 White Candy Melts Candy
10 tablespoons butter
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow fluff

*Note: You will be using this recipe two times. Once using 12 oz. white Candy Melts candy, the second time using 12 oz. green Candy Melts candy.
Line 9 in. x 13 in. oblong pan with aluminum foil and prepare with vegetable pan spray.
- In large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cream and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue cooking 4 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and immediately stir in White Candy Melts Candy and marshmallow fluff, stirring until completely smooth. Reserve 2 oz. for piping.
- Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan.
- Set aside and make 2nd recipe using green melts. Pour over white layer and let set at least 2 hours.
- Remove set candy from pan, cut into 1 in. x 1 in. squares.
Prepare parchment bag with reserved white candy. Pipe yard markers onto fudge squares. Chill until set, about 5 minutes.
Makes 81 1 in. x 1 in. pieces.
