Football Candy Melts Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 Green Candy Melts Candy

  • 1 White Candy Melts Candy

  • 10 tablespoons butter

  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup

  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow fluff

  • Tools

  • 15inch Parchment Triangles

  • Performance Pans Aluminum Sheet Cake Pan, 9 x 13-Inch

  • Bake-Easy Non-Stick Spray, 6 oz.

  1. *Note: You will be using this recipe two times. Once using 12 oz. white Candy Melts candy, the second time using 12 oz. green Candy Melts candy.

    Line 9 in. x 13 in. oblong pan with aluminum foil and prepare with vegetable pan spray.

  2. In large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cream and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Continue cooking 4 more minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and immediately stir in White Candy Melts Candy and marshmallow fluff, stirring until completely smooth. Reserve 2 oz. for piping.
  4. Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan.
  5. Set aside and make 2nd recipe using green melts. Pour over white layer and let set at least 2 hours.
  6. Remove set candy from pan, cut into 1 in. x 1 in. squares.

  7. Prepare parchment bag with reserved white candy. Pipe yard markers onto fudge squares. Chill until set, about 5 minutes.

    Makes 81 1 in. x 1 in. pieces.
