- Roll out fondant to an even thickness using the fondant roller with purple guide rings. Dust the top of the fondant with a little cornstarch or confectioners? sugar as you roll out (this will help make neat cut-outs).
- Press the cut-out into the at piece of fondant.
- Pull the excess fondant away rather than pulling out the newly cut shape. This will prevent the shape from being distorted.
Attach the fondant decoration to your treat.
Hints:
- Shapes can sometimes be too soft to transfer. Let the shapes set for about an hour before applying to a treat.
