In advance, pipe 12 ribbon roses four each: yellow, pink and peach. Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry.
Also in advance, make 36 tip 2D drop flowers: 12 each yellow, pink and peach. Make extras to allow for breakage and let dry.
- Use spatula and white icing to ice 8 in. x 3 in. round cake.
- Use tip 2 and white icing to pipe lines about 1 in. apart beginning about ó in. inside the top edge of cake and extending to various lengths down cake sides. Use tip 3 and white icing to randomly pipe dots on either side of lines.
- Attach roses to top of cake with icing. Use tip 18 and white icing to pipe shell bottom border.
- Attach drop flowers to shell border. Use tip 352 and green icing to pipe leaves.
