Prepare circle patterns. Use smooth side cutter “B” from set and trace circles on parchment paper. Tape paper face down on cake board.
Make lollipops. In small bowl combine sprinkles to total about 1/3 cup. Melt Candy Melts candy in candy decorating bag following package directions. Complete one lollipop at a time so candy does not set. Cut tip of bag and fill in circle pattern with melted candy. Tap gently to level candy. Position end of lollipop stick in melted candy and twist so stick is covered in candy. Add sprinkles. Chill until firm, about 5 to 10 minutes.
