This forbidden fruit comes with a warning, but your Halloween guests will stand in line to get them! Coated with Candy Melts candy and sprayed with Color Mist food color spray, they'll cast a spell on your celebration.

  • Black Color Mist® Food Color Spray

  • 4 ounces Black Candy Melts® Candy

  • Clear Piping Gel

  • Silver Color Mist Shimmering Food Color Spray, 1.5 oz.

  • Clear Piping Gel for Cake Decorating, 10 oz.

  • Black Candy Melts® Candy, 10 oz.

  • Black Color Mist Food Coloring Spray, 1.5 oz.

  • Tools

  • 5-Inch Bamboo Lollipop Sticks, 20-Count

  • Double Roll Parchment Paper

  • Cake Boards

  • Decorator Brush Set

  • White Lollipop Sticks, 6-Inch

  • Parchment Paper, 53 Sq. Ft.

  • Cake Decorating Tools, 5-Piece Brush Set

  • 13 x 19-Inch Rectangular Cake Boards, 5-Piece

  1. Prepare sticks.

    Spray bamboo sticks with black Color Mist. Let dry, on parchment paper-covered board, about 5 minutes.

  2. Dip apples.

    Melt black Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Dip apples almost completely in melted candy. Tap to smooth and remove excess candy. Place apples on parchment-covered board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Add pattern.

    Cut out pattern and attach to side of apple with piping gel. Spray apple with silver Color Mist. Remove pattern. Let dry, about 5 minutes.
