Prepare icing. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe instructions.
Decorate cake. Prepare decorating bag with coupler and buttercream icing. Using tip 5, pipe vertical rows of dots on narrow sections of cake. Using tip 16, pipe random rows of stars on wide sections of cake.
