Easy Candy Cheesecake Pops

These cheesecake cake pops are surprisingly simple and seriously scrumptious. Mix cream cheese with Candy Melts candy for a white chocolate-flavored pop. Rolled in graham cracker crumbs for added crunch, these cheesecake pops will impress any guest.

  1. Melt candy. Melt Candy Melts candy according to package directions.
  2. Make balls. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Gradually beat in cooled melted candy; mix well.
  4. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. Assemble pops. Scoop out chilled mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll cheesecake balls in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  6. Insert lollipop stick into each cheesecake ball and place on a baking sheet or cake pop stand. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
