Class Description

Master the art of pie-making just in time for the holidays. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the ins-and-outs of perfect pie dough, make the apple filling, and create your own beautiful lattice crust. Take home your own handcrafted apple pie and recipes to wow at your next gathering. Our pastry chef instructor will show you how to make the perfect dough from scratch, roll out the dough, and assemble the perfect pie. You’ll also learn how to weave an impressive lattice top and other techniques for decorating and finishing your pie. At the end of class, you’ll go home with your fully baked pie ready to be put in the fridge or freezer for later.
