Boy in Green Shorts Roll out green fondant and cut out shorts. Attach with damp brush. Cut thin strips from fondant and attach to bottom of shorts for cuffs. Use red icing to pipe suspenders, add candy for buttons. Pipe red bowtie. Outline eyes and smile with black tube icing. Pipe white icing hair.
Girl in Green Dress Roll out fondant and cut dress. Attach with damp brush. Use white icing to pipe e-motion on bottom of dress and scallops on sleeves; outline collar. Use black tube icing to pipe eyes and smile; pipe red icing dot cheeks and red bow.
Boy with Scarf Roll out green fondant and cut a strip ½ in. wide. Attach to neck with damp brush; attach two scarf tails. Attach candy for buttons. Use white icing to outline legs and arms. Use black tube icing to pipe dot eyes and outline mouth, Use red icing to pipe cheeks and earmuff band. Attach candy to ends of earmuff.
Boy with Mustache Use white icing to outline and fill in shirt. Pat smooth. Attach candy to shirt, Use red icing to outline and fill in pants. Pat smooth. Use white icing to pipe collar and seam on shirt. Use black tube icing to pipe dot eyes, moustache. Use red icing to pipe dot nose. Use white icing to pipe curl.
Boy in Traditional Style Use white icing to outline gingerbread boy, pipe zigzags on arms and legs. Pipe white dot buttons and attach candy. Use white icing to outline smile. Use red icing to pipe cheeks. Use black tube icing to pipe dot eyes.
