Ingredients

  • EZ Thin Dipping Aid

  • Candy Melts Candy (any color)

  • Cake donut holes

  • Color Mist Food Coloring Spray (any color)

  • Tools

  • Candy Melts Candy Melting Pot

  • Parchment triangles

  • Treat sticks

  • Knife

  • Scissors

Instructions

  1. Melt candy. Melt the main color of candy with EZ Thin in a Candy Melts Melting Pot following package directions.
  2. Prepare donuts. Insert lollipop stick into melted candy, then into donut holes. Chill about 5 minutes until set.
  3. Using a knife, cut a small wedge in the donut holes.
  4. Decorate helmets. Dip donut holes into melted candy, covering completely. Tap to remove excess. Chill about 10 to 15 minutes until set.
  5. For silver helmets, sprayed with Color Mist Food Color Spray after the candy has set.
  6. Melt secondary color candy according to package instructions. Prepare a parchment bag with the melted candy and cut a small hole in the tip. Pipe helmet details and numbers onto donut holes. Chill about 5 minutes until set.
