1. - Melt candy. Melt the main color of candy with EZ Thin in a Candy Melts Melting Pot following package directions.
2. - Prepare donuts. Insert lollipop stick into melted candy, then into donut holes. Chill about 5 minutes until set.
3. - Using a knife, cut a small wedge in the donut holes.
4. - Decorate helmets. Dip donut holes into melted candy, covering completely. Tap to remove excess. Chill about 10 to 15 minutes until set.
5. - For silver helmets, sprayed with Color Mist Food Color Spray after the candy has set.
6. - Melt secondary color candy according to package instructions. Prepare a parchment bag with the melted candy and cut a small hole in the tip. Pipe helmet details and numbers onto donut holes. Chill about 5 minutes until set.
