Dazzling Dots Cake

This cake is gifted with eye-popping color and a fun attitude thanks to the fondant/gum bow and dazzling dotted sprinkle accents. A great way to top off any birthday celebration!

  1. In advance: Make bow using 50/50 fondant and gum paste blend. Let dry.
  2. Tint white fondant using yellow neon fondant. Prepare and cover 2-layer cake with fondant; smooth with Fondant Smoother. For ribbons, roll out fondant/gum paste blend 1/16 in. thick. Cut 4 strips 8 x 1 1/4 in. wide. Attach to cake with gum glue adhesive. Attach bow to cake top with adhesive. Attach large and small confetti to cake top and sides with tip 2 dots of icing.
