Cream Puffs & Eclairs

Spring graduations happily coincide with berry season. Celebrate both occasions by serving pastry-cream-and-berry-stuffed éclairs or cream puffs that you can easily fill with flair using the Dessert Decorator Pro.

Ingredients

  • Pure Vanilla Extract, 4 Oz.
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 egg yolks
