County Fair Cotton Candy Cupcakes

Nothing says county fair quite like cotton candy, and these County Fair Cotton Candy Cupcakes are a sweet treat for summer reminiscing. Made using the ColorSwirl 3-Color Coupler, these cupcakes feature three colors of icing to match the cotton candy topping—and since they feature light pink and blue colors, these would also be great for any baby shower or gender reveal party.

Bake cupcakes.
Prepare cupcake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool in pink polka dot liners. Do not prepare icing in recipe.
Tint icing.
Using Rose and Royal Blue icing colors, tint 2 cups icing each light pink and light blue. Reserve remaining icing white.
Prepare decorating bags with ColorSwirl coupler; fill separately with light pink, light blue and white icing. Assemble coupler using 1M tip.
Decorate cupcakes.
Pipe swirl on each cupcake. Top with piece of cotton candy.
