Color Swirl Tacos

Yummy seasoned beef loaded up in a crunchy hard tortilla shell, that's a crowd favorite. Now for the fun part, the toppings. Set up your taco bar high using the Color Swirl coupler to serve nacho cheese, guacamole and sour cream. FUN!

  1. Spray large skillet with vegetable pan spray and cook ground beef over medium-high heat 6 minutes, or until beginning to brown, stirring to crumble meat. Drain meat and return to skillet. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa and sprinkle with taco seasoning; cook 6-8 minutes longer, or until cooked through and thickened.
  2. In small bowl, stir together sour cream and remaining 2 tablespoons salsa. Prepare 3 16-inch decorating bags with Color Swirl coupler pieces. Place decorating tip 1A on joined coupler pieces and twist on ring. Fill bags with nacho cheese, guacamole, and sour cream mixture.
  3. Fill taco shells with meat mixture and serve with toppings.

    Makes 8-10 servings.
