Bake cake. Prepare cake batter following recipe instructions. Bake and cool cake in Wonder Mold pan. Level cake to top of pan.
Tint fondant and icing. Combine Pink and Lemon Yellow icing colors to get medium and dark coral colors shown. Tint 2 oz. fondant medium coral using color combinations provided. Using fondant roller with purple guide rings, roll out fondant to 1/8 in. thickness. Using damp brush, attach fondant to doll. Cover doll’s body, trimming off excess fondant from back.
Tint ½ oz. fondant dark coral using color combinations provided. Reserve for later step.
Ice cake. Tint icing medium coral using color combinations provided. Place cake on cake circle and ice cake smooth. Place on Cake Dividing Chart. Using tip of 9 in. spatula to lightly mark lines in icing, divide cake into eight sections. Using 11 in. spatula for bottom of dress and 9 in. spatula for top of dress, make scallops around entire dress, starting at one dividing line and moving down and up to second line.
Decorate cake. Position doll in center of cake. Using 9 in. fondant roller with purple guide rings, roll out reserved dark coral fondant. Cut strip, ¼ in. x 3½ in. in size. Wrap around doll’s waist to form belt, using icing to attach. Trim away any excess fondant.
