This easy banana bread is packed with brown sugar and cinnamon flavors, and can be easily customized with all your favorite add-ins like chocolate, nuts and coconut.
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Prepare 9 in. x 5 in. pan with vegetable pan spray.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In large bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; mix just until blended. Stir in 2/3 cup mix-ins, if using.
Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup mix-ins, if using.
Bake 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on cooling grid 15 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
