  1. In a 10-12 ounce microwave-safe mug, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, water, oil, and vanilla. Stir until there are no lumps. Stir in 3 tablespoons peanut butter chips.

  3. Microwave remaining tablespoon of peanut butter chips until completely melted.
