Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract, 4 Oz.
Whipped cream
4 tbsp peanut butter chips

- In a 10-12 ounce microwave-safe mug, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, water, oil, and vanilla. Stir until there are no lumps. Stir in 3 tablespoons peanut butter chips.
- Microwave on high for 60-70 seconds or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Microwave remaining tablespoon of peanut butter chips until completely melted.
- Top cake with whipped cream and drizzle with melted chips. Serve immediately.
