  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8 in. x 4 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar and baking powder. In medium bowl, whisk together milk, oil and egg. Add to flour mixture; stir until just moistened. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  3. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove to cooling rack to cool completely.
  4. In small bowl, microwave remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips on half (50%) power, stirring every 30-45 seconds until melted. In small bowl, microwave peanut butter 15-20 seconds until melted. Drizzle both over the top of the loaf. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and peanuts, if using.
