Preheat oven to 325ºF. Spray 9 in. x 5 in. loaf pan with vegetable pan spray.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Set aside. In separate bowl, combine zucchini, eggs, oil and vanilla. Add mixture to flour; stir just until combined. Stir in chocolate. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 75-80 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Loosen sides with spatula; turn out onto cooling grid. Cool completely.
