Dip chips. Melt light cocoa and white Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package direction. Use melted light cocoa candy to join two crisps together. Chill 3 to 5 minutes.

Use dipping tongs to dip pairs of crisps into melted light cocoa candy. Tap gently to remove excess. Place on parchment paper-covered cake board. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Decorate chips. Use melted white candy in cut parchment bag to pipe laces and stripes onto each dipped treat.
