Students will:
- Master creaming, chiffon, and oil-based cake methods
- Fill, stack, and level cakes with precision
- Achieve sharp edges and clean finishes
- Develop advanced skills in layering, torting, filling, and icing cakes to achieve a professional finish.
- Build balanced flavors with complementary fillings
This is a hands-on class and participants should expect to be on their feet for extended periods.

- Wilton beginner baking classes or equivalent experience
