Ingredients:
- Favorite cupcake recipe or mix (4½ to 5 cups batter needed for 24 cupcakes)
- White Ready-to-Use Decorator Icing – 4.5 Tub (6 cups needed)
- Color Right Performance Color System
- Anchor Royal Icing Decorations
Supplies:
- Anchor Standard Baking Cups
- 12-Cup Standard Muffin Pan
- Cooling Grid
- 16 in. Disposable Decorating Bags
- Round Decorating Tip 12 (3 needed)
Colors Tinted
Use Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint icing in the following shades:
- Winter Deep Blue: 2 cups white icing + 26B + 8R + 4P
- Autumn Red: 2 cups white icing + 40R
Reserve remaining icing white.
Bake cupcakes.
Bake and cool cupcakes in anchor liners.
Prepare icing.
Tint icing following QuickCount color formulas provided.
Decorate cupcakes.
Prepare three decorating bags with tip 12. Fill each with blue, red and white icing. Alternate piping red and white then blue and white circles on cupcakes. Top with anchor icing decoration.
