In this class, you’ll learn how to achieve the perfect consistency in each buttercream without relying on a strict recipe. We’ll guide you through the unique flavor profiles and textures of each style, showing you the techniques to balance taste and texture. Although this isn’t a decorating class, you’ll have the chance to practice piping to experience firsthand how each buttercream’s consistency can transform your creations. Each student will have six cupcakes to take home!
