In this class, you’ll learn how to achieve the perfect consistency in each buttercream without relying on a strict recipe. Although this isn’t a decorating class, you’ll have the chance to practice piping to experience firsthand how each buttercream’s consistency can transform your creations. Each student will have six cupcakes to take home!
