Bunny's Easter Entrance Mini Cakes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of your Favorite cake recipe or mix

  • Buttercream Frosting

  • Sky Blue Icing Color

  • Ivory Icing Color

  • Bow Candy Decorations

  • Tools

  • Mini Bunny Cake Pan

  • Decorator Preferred 9 inch Tapered Spatula

  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags

  • food-safe scissors

  1. Make mini cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool mini cakes.
  2. Decorate mini cakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint a portion of icing blue. Use spatula and white icing to ice cakes smooth. Use tip 5, a cut disposable decorating bag and white icing to pipe mounds for cheeks, tail and feet and pull-out dots for tail fur. Use tip 2, a cut disposable decorating bag and blue icing to pipe dot foot pads, eyes and nose. Pipe outline whiskers and inside ears. Use tip 5 and white icing to attach bow tie icing decoration.
