Form into a log shape, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. - Preheat broiler to high. Position rack 6” below heat source. - Sprinkle steaks evenly with salt and pepper on both sides; place on broiler pan. Place vegetables around steaks. Broil 3 minutes.
